Job shadowing is an effective form of job training for certain jobs.<\/li>\n<li>Explore all the moves and steps to deepen and broaden your horizon of experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>5 steps for career development<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Set your goal. People who are the most satisfied and happy at work are the one\u2019s who have proactively figured out what they want. Once you decide on your goal, make a plan to accomplish it.<\/li>\n<li>One of the most effective ways to manage your career development is to develop a timeline.
