Career development being a significant part of human development, spans over a person’s entire period of time. It begins when a person starts swinging an inspiration on how people make a living. For ex, as a child we have tendency to notice all doctors, teachers ET AL and this signals is start of this process. It continues as the person grows and finally decides for himself as to which career he desires to pursue.
Career development doesn’t just end there. It requires a lot of education and training , apply for and find employment and thence advance in your career. However there is no set age or bar as to when this whole process will start.
