She is an inspiration to many want to scale those heights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In case you didn\u2019t know&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Last year, the 28-year-old became the first ever Indian cricketer to be picked by a Big Bash League franchise, when the Sydney Thunder picked her in their squad. <em>Kaur\u2019s<\/em> selection was soon followed by that of Smriti Mandhana, who was picked by the Brisbane Heat, later in the year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The heart of the matter<\/strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" aligncenter\" style=\"width: 50%;\" src=\"https:\/\/hanssarvar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/harmanpreet-kaur.jpg\" alt=\"Harmanpreet-Kaur\" width=\"260\" height=\"173\" \/><br \/>\nDuring her time with the Thunder, Kaur played in 13 matches and scored 296 runs at a very, very impressive average of 59 and a strike-rate 116.
